I am trying to install the xcat-mysql-2.3-200909301046 and when I run:
/usr/local/mysql/scripts/mysql_install_db --user=mysql
I get the following message:

Has anyone installed MLX OFED on stateless image? looks like it requires
some physical devices to be in place so installing it on the file system
on the head node crashes.
Any suggestions?

yum command will failed on node. So remove the public ones is better for
general case.
