We are installing a number of Lenovo nx360m5 nodes -
they're set to network boot they come up - they build ok
but after they reboot the they're told to boot from the
local disk by dhcp they don't. If I manually switch the
node to boot from disk that works fine.

when os provision is finished successfully, the node will still try to boot from network, but since xCAT will leave a "#boot exit" in the boot loader configuration to tell the node to exit and try the next boot option configured in firmware.
