VxWorks-examples now compile correctly also with debug-anabled !
(just as a remark : make clean; make; make install; have been necessary after
changing atomic.h = dependencies of atomic.h have not been resolved, at least
with my installation/configuration)

Perhaps I should have mentioned in my earlier postings that I am using a
PowerPC platform. I hope this does not nullify your prior analyses.

taskSpawn hangs in a function of the nucleus module nucleus/pod.c called
xnpod_schedule.
