comes up sometimes where multiple cards won't post properly

I am having a hard time setting up my second card on my box. I am running
XF86 v. 4.3.0
My hardware:

wonder if it's worth to but an usb keyboard and an usb mouse and associate them with
the second screen, denying them to "move" between screens... would it work

I have an A4Tech 4D mouse, with 2 wheels and 5
buttons. I can use both wheels for scroling up and
down, but i want to use one of them for scroling
left-right.
I want also to use the side buttons as well.
I've understand that XFree doesent suport only 5
