I am using Voyager CF card for exporting display to
the VGA monitor my handheld runs Xfbdev. Can any one tell me how to
configure.
Xfbdev doesn't support XF86Config, and I don't see
any command line parameters that take display related info.

I'm using Linux Gentoo 1.4 with XFfree86 version 4.3.0-r5.
When I run X on console I have polish keyboard working well (for example
ALT+l=). But from X Terminal it doesn't work. I have:
Option XkbLayout pl
in my XF86Config file.

Try running xf86cfg and/or xf86config as root. You haven't setup your
video card and/or monitor yet. Maybe it is newer than that which Red
Hat 9 knows about.
