Here is how I've built on Win98
1) Got Forte IDE. This is an excellent if somewhat large IDE written in
Java for everything you could ever need. Go get it from java.sun.com. It
also has built in ant support.
2) Got dbXML/Xindice from their website. I got the 1.0b4 release
