i have XMAIL 1.17 in a SUSE 8.0, i start XMAIL with 150 threads for smail and without
limit for SMTP.
My problem is the next:
- the XMAIL server stop to work normaly, i can get my email but i can not send any,
when i see the top is there a Process XMail for 22 minuts cosuming 90% of CPU
Even the eicar test is slipping through as well.
I sent 10 copies of eicar, 2 got through.
I've restarted xmail, but not the server. Would anything else effect the =
filter running on every message?

Yeah I get the same result.. the majority is caught by the av filter but
when the load is heavy some do get through..

You already have the domain filter. It should be enough.
Afaik I have a aliasdomain filter, not a domain filter.
I think a filter for the REAL domain and the output
real-domainaliasdomain
would make more sense?!
