Besides of pros and cons of this printer's maintenance, I think it can serve my
needs (just document, not a lot of photos). till now, all of my previous
printer were inkjet. And I'm okay with that :)

Personally, if you are printing a lot of documents then the cost of a laser
printer along with cost of ownership is much cheaper than inkjet... and it
doesn't clog ;). B/W is cheapest with the color very affordable. Also, did
the OP find a solution?

My trick is to have a Canon iP4200 mod'ed with bulk external inkwells
connected to replacement cartridges with silicon tubing. This makes the
ink *so cheap* I use it *so often* things like clogging up are almost
eliminated (I had one cartridge run almost dry and nearly lost it, but
