I believe this affects openstackclient as well.
'prefix_delegation' is a special subnetpool ID and it is not listed in
subnetpool list, so we need a special handling when checking a specified
subnet pool is available or not.

On the CLI side, no option named "--allowed-address-pairs" is defined
and it is parsed according to the extra argument mechanism [1], so
'type=dict list=true' is required.
Users is suggested to use '--allow-address-pair' (singular form) option

for 60 days.]

This is fairly easy to reproduce by simultaneously launching and
terminating several boot-from-volume instances on the same compute node,
with a cinder back-end that takes some time to complete connection-
termination (e.g. ZFSSA). The initial symptom is failed multipath

I'm marking this as wont-fix from a cloud-init perspective. There's
likely a maas task on how best to expose this to users.
This is working as designed. As Steve pointed out, while cloud-init
may have created other users, they're not 'system-users' which has been
authenticated with the Ubuntu

consistent on the server side and we have always rejected None as an
input for device_id.
This is not something we can fix in the Neutron server because it's an API
change and Heat is using the neutron client to explicitly ask

I spotted the following tracebacks when running 'tox -epy27 segment'.
They don't cause failures because they are async notifications, but they
take up resources and make the logs ugly. It looks like we need to add a
fixture or mock to the setup of the segments plugin.
