This is a bug to track the addition of a note to the config option help
for [compute]max_disk_devices_to_attach. An issue was raised downstream

The ntp (client) service file installed by the centos 7 'ntp' package is named
'ntpd' (note the d), but cloud-init's cc_ntp module identifies that
'service_name' as 'ntp'.

Scenario test
neutron_tempest_plugin.scenario.test_security_groups.NetworkSecGroupTest,test_multiple_ports_portrange_remote
is pretty unstable and failing quite often.
Example of failure:
I'm marking this as Invalid, please file a blueprint and spec if you
think that the identity of the compute node needs to be changed in nova
from the hypervisor hostname to something else.
