keystonemiddleware!=4.1.0,!=4.5.0,>=4.0.0 # Apache-2.0
Unfortunately, 4.0.0 (which is the minimum) wont work due to a breaking change
that changes the _BaseAuthProtocol class to BaseAuthProtocol[0] and that class
is
pad.net/horizon/+bug/1513795 but affecting subnets instead.

This is by design as nova does not provide a way of updating a flavor,
only deleting and creating them (http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-
compute-v2.1.html#os-flavors-v2.1)

On the launch Instance NG modal, the Keypair is not required on the
default theme but if you change to the material theme, it is.
Im guessing the default theme is wrong here, because the python launch
instance modal did enforce the keypair.

The v2 client migrate_volume method[0] calls the
manager.migrate_volume[1] with only 3 parameters: host, force_host_copy,
lock_volume while the manager.migrate_volume signature needs 4: volume,
host, force_host_copy, lock_volume.

In the current implementation the name is showed and clicking on it
gives an overview of the flavor, with ID included.
That makes it easy to see that indeed its a different flavor. This even
works if the flavor was deleted.
