When creating a new VM through Horizon, it validates that its disk size
is less than the flavor disk one. Such check doesn't make sense when
creating a volume-based instance - either via image2volume process or by
using previously existing image.
neutron-lib bumped for Queens. Considering it done. Feel free to reopen
if it resurfaces.

In master, a problem seem to have appeared recently.
In our tests, we run the following task [1], running a db_sync --contract.
That task runs the same for centos, ubuntu, and suse.
However on SUSE (maybe a different version of mysql is packaged, I have to

When specifying an ssl connection to use with neutron.conf/ovsdb_connection,
such as:
ovsdb_connection=ssl:127.0.0.1:6639
The connection will fail because there is missing SSL configuration for
