Turned our that there is no bug: page_reverse just implies behaviour
that is different from what I expected: it merely changes the order in
which the page is read (so with a marker, it will return the previous
page before the marker in db order; it is not supposed to reverse the

Currently, if there is no router attached to a subnet, then instances
cannot walk thru IPv6 address assignment because there is nothing on the
network that multicasts RAs that would provide basic info about how ipv6
addressing is handled there. We can have DHCP agent to run
