Hi everyone,
I'm using the MIRRORS variable to provide a local mirror (that gets synced
every then and now) for a git repository, I
don't have access to. The repository contains sources of an application, that
is used in a Yocto recipe (Yocto version
4.0.4). This works fine when a fixed SRCREV
merged.

WARNING: samhain-server-4.4.10-r0
When a new release is run for the first time, no LayerBranch exists
yet and the update_enabled cannot be queried. The unintended result
is that all layers are skipped. Move the update_enabled check into
the code path where the layerbranch already exists.

Hi Bruce,
I checked the latest yocto-kernel-cache of branch yocto-6.1, it seems
that the review has not actually been merged.
Could you please double check this?
Thanks
