way to increase dragged item's transparency?

2008-04-24 Thread Ken G. Brown
When dragging items onto the Drop Dock, I often have trouble seeing the pointer
so that I can hot the right collection, the dragged item is not quite
transparent enough. Is there any way to increase the dragged item's
transparency?

Thx

Enhancement suggestions

2008-03-12 Thread Ken G. Brown
I'd like to be able to click on a collection in the drawer dock and have it
open up the collection pointing to the end of the list of the contents.

On a related idea, but not exactly the same, I would like to open a note in
hover mode so that I could drag several items to it in succession as I am
browsing or reading documentation, then have it available as one document.

When adding a tag, I'd like a way to be able to see all the available tags
right away before I type.

Thx for your consideration,
Ken G. Brown

Enhancement Suggestion - double click to open collection from dock

2008-02-25 Thread Ken G. Brown
It occurred to me today that it might be nice to be able to get to a collection
by double clicking it in the dock.

Maybe with an option to open it to the end of the list by a holding a modifier
key when you double click. Or alternately have this as a preference. I usually
want to have the collection come up showing the last items I've added.

There is a bug in the Hot Keys preference pane which is exposed by certain
keyboard layouts when running on Leopard. We'll address this for the next
release.

In the meantime, you can workaround it with the following steps:

Select the US keyboard layout.
Open the preferences window; adjust your hot keys.
Select any other pane in the preferences window.
Restore your usual keyboard layout.
