Sounds like you need a rule in Mail.app to run an applescript. It's
doable, but I'm not sure how.
Years ago, I wrote a script to invoke the say command when certain
emails were received. If you're interested in it I can post it.

I'm looking for a way to be able to email my desktop computer from my
iPhone with an URL in the body of the email and have yojimbo fetch it
as a webarchive.
Sounds crazy but I wondered if anyone else had aleady done it.
