I had a similar experience until I played around with Categories - I set up
a category in Yojimbo that I called Sync and I put only things I want on my
Treo in there. I was having a problem with it moving over (or trying to)
images and PDFs so it ended up on the Treo with a doc and the

I want to know more about the syncing too. Firstly it's
definitely worth the price for the software if you don't have
it, it's streets ahead of Palm Desktop. But the syncing with YJ
apparently has the (unforgivable, to me) drawback that

Mark Space just released version 6 of Missing Sync with Yojimbo support.
Now all of my notes designated for the Treo can also be stored in
Yojimbo. No more need for Soho Notes...
