Hi folks, looks like the DVD is damaged, I had no luck copying it. Also it keeps skipping during play and will not start playing from the DVD menu. I got the DVD from Cris. I wonder if you could make a copy and send it to Neil. I'm off for holidays now and will check the forum when I come back. I'm at a loss to know what is wrong with it, I made a straight copy and didn't view the original before I posted it on to you. But my copy is A1 with no skipping problems. Was the package and disc damaged at all? Or is it a play problem? I'll do another copy from my copy and send it to Neil. Lineage: - TV shows to PAL on HIFI VHS, - Just sitting on VHS tape for a very long time, waiting for the digital era to arrive, - Digitized, using analog input on my Canon MV450i. - To my computer trough firewire, PAL 720*576 DV, to Pinnacle Studio, - Some clipping in Studio version 9, saved as DV (so still same format). - Transferred to MPEG in TMPEGenc to: MPEG2, PAL 720*576, 7000 kb/s, VBR two pass (highest quality (very slow)), 384 kb/s sound. - Authored using TMPEGenc DVD author, two level menus.
