Wa Alaikumassalaam,
This is already possible. In basic search (first tab in search box), this is
possible to search by diacritics. If you do not enter any diacritic, it will
search for all occurrences of ق. If you enter for example قُ, it will only
show words having this diacritic.

Wa Alaikumassalaam,
Does this happen for all recitations you have (online/offline)? Try to play
some consequent ayas in continuous mode. Make sure that you are choosing
'continuous' mode (play on 3 disks icon at the bottom-corner of player
window).
Can you tell me:
1. You Internet explorer versio
Could you reload (View > Reload) and tell me if the problem remained.
Before that go to your Internet Options (Internet Explorer > Tools >
Internet Options), and uncheck "Disable script debugging (Internet
Explorer/Other)"

furthermore we tested some other online reciter but the problem are
same.
