This is what fixed this issue;

I completely removed firefox and xulurnner + eclipse (cause of
dependencies) with:

pacman -Rd firefox xulrunner eclipse
Than, downloaded firefox 3.6 from
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
Moved firefox directory to /opt/
than nano .bash_profile and added

export PATH=$PATH:/opt/firefox

after this you need to log out and re-login.

I edited export MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME=/opt/firefox/ (zekr.sh)
After this I downloaded an 1.9 version of xulrunner and I got
xulrunner from 
http://arm.konnichi.com/extra/os/i686/xulrunner-1.9.2.9-1-i686.pkg.tar.xz
; ps it will work with xulrunner-oss to.
Installed the package with pacman -U /path/to/xulrunner-1.9.2.9-1-
i686.pkg.tar.xz

And now I can enjoy back ZEKR. NO MORE CRASH's

Advice to the developer:
Include the dependencies in to a single package , i.e a zekr +
xulrunner aio.

Yes it's confirmed it's an xulrunner problem, or integration with it,

Wa Alejkum Salam ,

Yes, I'm running zekr from an downloaded tar.gz
Replaced swt.jar with the new one but no success, I also replaced
openjdk6 (I was using it) with the last jre and jdk from arch linux
and the last one available is :  Version: 6u25-1

$ java -version
java version "1.6.0_25"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_25-b06)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 20.0-b11, mixed mode)

I also think that this is not related to anyway to either zekr (bug)
or java (bug) , as the crash log says:

# Problematic frame:
# C  [libxul.so+0xc6cb42]  NS_UTF16ToCString_P+0x195cb
Which means that is one of this files :

$locate libxul.so
/usr/lib/thunderbird-3.1/libxul.so
/usr/lib/xulrunner-2.0/libxul.so
/usr/lib/xulrunner-devel-2.0/sdk/lib/libxul.so

also :

# The crash happened outside the Java Virtual Machine in native code.
# See problematic frame for where to report the bug.

confirm this.

$ xulrunner --version
Mozilla XULRunner 2.0.1 - 20110429133311

It's more probably that this is related to some bug of XULRunner and
if I'm correct this begin to happen after I updated mozilla and also
xulrunner.

Try to update your swt.jar (located in zekr/lib). Download a proper swt
package from 
here
.

I have Mozilla firefox 4 and XULRunner 2.0.1
Maybe this helps , but fyi zekr worked without problems, after some
update it just crash.
