I have had great success in overcoming this problem. I found that I have to ask
myself a few questions:
1. Is the tone I'm feeling "perceived" or intended? (meaning, did they intend
to be harsh, or am I just viewing it that way?)

I know about this, and I understand. This is also why I've cut down on postings
and pay more attention to the printed material. Some of the materials are
useful, whilst others are not. Unlike in the past, my thinking these days is
that some things are just not worth getting heated
