>From my experience, Zen isn't a "quick fix," or something that we can
(should) turn to only when we seem we've reached the peak of some new
crisis. It's a lifelong practice, really, and it's when we're not
practicing that situations like the one you've described here seem to jump
out and
I've noticed every time I become emotionally attached to a person or
thing, situation, etc. I experience heartache. I feel that's where
I'm at right now. I've forgotten how to implement detachment. I'm
noticing more clingy behavior. Please help me get back on track with
the Zen teachings
