This position is a member of the Marketing and Channel Program Operations
(MCPO) team within Company's Customer Advocacy (CA) organization. The
program manager (PM) will lead cross-functional initiatives/programs coming
thru the NPI (new product introduction) process. The PM will work closely
with Services Marketing/Channels, Operational stakeholders and theaters to
bring to market innovative service programs to Company Customers and
Partners on a global basis. This position is a member of the Marketing
Program Operations *MPO* team within the CA Marketing and Channels
Operations Organization.

The role of this Program Manager is to lead broad-based/cross functional
changes to implement the operational aspects of new (or modified) service
programs, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and increasing customer
satisfaction. In a leadership role, the PM will partner with Services
Marketing, Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams to determine
the best method to bring new service programs to market while balancing the
needs of the program with our current and future operational capabilities.
The PM will provide direction and manage program resources in the
development and implementation of the operational solution. Communicating
the operations status of the service program and influencing all levels of
management both within Customer Advocacy and other cross-functional
organizations to gain support for proposed program solutions, will be the
reasonability of this PM.

This PM will play a key role in the project management and analysis required
to create and enhance the processes, policies, and sales tools which will
support these new or modified programs as they are brought to market, with
the operational focus being on the Idea to Offering (New Program setup and
creation), Market to Contract (Forecasting, Contract Management, Partner
Management) and Quote to Invoice (Quoting, Ordering, Booking, Revenue
Recognition, Invoicing) process areas.

Required skills/qualifications:
* BA/BS degree
* Minimum 5 years project or program management experience (prefer 8+ or
more years)
* Minimum 8-10+ years of related work experience required.

Desired skills/experience:
* Superior project management skills
* Ability to produce a cross-functional integrated operation plans
* Experience in the Technology Services Industry
* PMP or related certification,
* Strength in process methodologies (i.e. DMAIC)
* Ability to effectively lead the implementation of large cross-functional
projects with budgets exceeding $1M
* Ability to identify and analyze complex program, process and tool
requirements
* Ability to formulate implementation options and help achieve win-win
solutions for internal stakeholders, customers and partners
* Strong understanding of industry business processes related to service
product lifecycle, sales, order fulfillment, billing and service cycle
* Works independently with minimal supervision required
* Strong partnering, influencing & communication skills for all levels (i.e.
individuals at the peer, management and executive level)

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of people management experience - Team lead experience in

* At least 5 + years prior experience in Siebel CRM Application specifically
on Call Center Application, EAI and EIM processes, Workflow process,
Business

Service modules, Assignment Manager and eService.
* Basic or intermediate or advanced skills in SQL and PL/SQL specifically in
the area of Oracle Applications.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong in spoken and written English
* B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or equivalent work
experience

Highly Preferred Skills:
* Experience in ORACLE Fusion Middleware and BPEL
* Experience with Microsoft Sql server version 2000/ version 7 databases,
Oracle version 9.x/8.x database, writing Sql
