The selected candidate will be responsible for both new development and post production support within an existing implementation of SAP BI HCM. Responsibilities will span most aspects of SAP BI. The ideal candidate will have very strong skills in programming and customization skills in SAP BI within the Human Resource modules such as PA, OM, BN, PY and PT. The candidate must have strong work ethic, people skills, and experience in SAP BI implementations from the analysis and design through to implementation. The role will require the BI Developer to support, design, configure, develop, test, and implement efficient and cost effective solutions. In additions this position will require a strong level of experience with SAP BI data modeling, data staging, data extraction, and logical/physical database design as well as recognizing design dependencies between projects, and a deeper experience with data cleansing, aggregating, transforming and validating the data to ensure accuracy and consistency. The candidate must be able and willing to provide mentoring and training for other BI team members.
