how people use their notebook.
Reason is that with this kind of interface the difference between
sub-pages and sub-headings starts to blur. Maybe this is a good thing
and we should avoid headings anyway - just make
Hello,
Sub-headings
I only use the first heading for the title of the page, as standard.
When I want to identify sections/paragraphs on a page, I just use a
strong text format. For me that's enough.
Sub-pages
Often about 3 levels deep, but I found examples where I go to 6-7 levels
deep.

Sorry if this is mostly OT, but I'm excited by Zim's possibilities and
would like to introduce myself to the list with a bit of context as to
what's brought me here.
I have used Evernote as my brain extension for many years now, to the
point where I've got over 50,000 nodes in dozens of ENB
That's a great post! Thanks for your input. It's good to know others
have similar visions for Zim!

I put the plugin in the right place but it's not showing up in Zim. I
have 0.54 from the PPA. I also don't see the new automount plugin

Eesh, sorry...I thought /usr/share/pyshared/zim/plugins was the right
place, but apparently
/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.7/zim/plugins is--I don't know why both
exist and have .py files in them. It works now.
Well, I have to say, this is pretty cool, especially for using with
the calendar plugin.

Sure, just go to the folder where zim is installed and then find zim/plugins.

Hi Jaap Adam,
Been lurking for a long time on this group. I used dokuwiki for quite
a while as well as wikidpad - and about 6 months ago decided that Zim
had just about the perfect balance of what I needed/wanted, and that
