[Zim-wiki] french translation bug preventing deleting a file

2010-07-07 Thread Rui Nibau
Hi all. A short note for French users. It seems that the French translation embedded with the last Ubuntu package (zim 0.47) or in the trunk (r276) is buggy : When you try to delete a page from a notebook, nothing happens. Here's the traceback : ### DEBUG: Action: delete_page DEBUG: Pageindex ha

Jaap, I use this plugin on a daily base and the only rough edges I see is the lack of resizing the window. Why not put it in trunk to boost development? There are other plugins which have had rougher edges over the time than this, and still they were allowed in trunk. This plugin is extremely usefu

Evgeny, I'm sorry but I'm not sure I understand what exactly it is you are proposing. I see some brainstorm about adding things like email, contacts etc. in zim. I'm not sure zim is the right tool for this. But that depends on what you are trying to do with the data. I also see a proposal to add

Hi Evgeny, you might be interested in the different efforts towards a semantic desktop, in particular Tracker [1]. This is quite close to what you describe. I do not believe, that a home-grown, zim-specific solution is a good idea. For example, I do not like the idea of cluttering the filesystem

Hello everyone! I use Zim for a two years for short notes only. Although I'd like to exist the common way for storing any kind of documents, contacts, e-mails, notes, associating it with each other, Zim is not the proper way to do this (yet, but I hope some day). There are some methods to organi
