Hi,
the "zim" app you have found is probably related to the "zim" file
format that contains compressed wiki pages. Some time ago, I also fell
prey to this confusion.

If the version restriction is not really functional (as it was in
Firefox after v57 where they changed API and made all 'legacy' plugins
worthless) you can try installing the 'checkCompatibility' plugin.

Hello list,
using zim for a while, i had the idea of syncing my notes folders to
have them available on different computers. Installed a file syncer (I
think it's not relevant, but for the courious: it is ownCloud) and
started syncing. But as far as I can tell, the currently running zim
