Last time I accessed this notebook it worked OK. What has happened to
make it read only? What can I do to return it to normal so I can write
to it?
Using Zim 0.60 with Windows 7.
Thanks.

Hi Svenn,
I do not know if the "shared notebook" option is set. Would you be so
kind as to point me to where to find it?

Thanks for that suggestion. I compared the Windows 7 file properties for
notebooks that synchronize properly to the journal notebook (which does
not synchronize). I see no differences.

Found the problem and it had nothing to do with Zim. I had located the
journal notebook in the C:\Users\Steve folder. That is the wrong folder.
The journal notebook rightly belongs in the C:\Users\Steve\Stash folder.
Once relocated, the journal notebook appears to be synchronizing

Zim creates links for some words, for instance, McDonalds, in the text
of my journal.
How does Zim know which words to create links for?
How do I disable the automatic link creation?
Thanks.

Hi Steve. Thanks for your question.
The switch you are looking for should be in Preferences. Click the Edit
menu -> Preferences. Go to the "Editing" tab,
there I do
not recognize it.
Thanks.

I have several Zim journals on a shared drive. They are used by two
laptop computers running Windows 7 and Zim 0.60.
Any compatibility issues if I add a third laptop running Zim 0.65 to use
the journals while leaving the first two computers with the older
version of Zim?

That is gone now. Looking at the documentation, I see there is a
reference to a "Configure Applications" dialog, but I don't see that
option in any of the menus.

Ideally, the user would be able to configure multiple

I have several zim files that formerly displayed
page names in the side pane. Now they display a one-month calendar
at the top of the side pane.
How can I display page names instead of the calendar?
Thanks.

Hello Ale,
I do not see anything that I recognize as tabs on the side pane.
What can I do to make the tabs display? My zim files are all stuck
on journal and I am unable to navigate among the pages.
Thanks.

uot;
https://site/path"; seems a pretty common URL pattern for intranets.
Would there be any chance that the URL matching could be expanded for this
case in a future release? Or, if this behavior could be modified via a
plugin, I could look into writing one.
Thanks,
