Well, that's not gonna tell me anything useful if it's changed its name...
I'm hoping whoever made the change can let me know...

Hello all,
Okay, I have reproduced the error even with Zope 2.8.2-final on win32. The
same PySECURITY_ATTRIBUTES object error appears even with 2.8.2. Any ideas?
Thanks,

Short of not using Plone wink, see this Collector item, which I
expect is the same issue:
I just checked in a new test runner on the trunk. It is mostly backward
compatible with the old test runner. You can get help on the test runner by
running
it with -h. There is more extensive documentation in
lib/python/zope/testing/testrunner.txt.
Note that the new test runner complains if

hi there,
is there a way to get the absolute url from a brain returned by a
catalog serch without waking the object up.
brain.absolute_url() returns the catalog's url.
thanks

Without waking up the object you have to use Meta data in the catalog.
Unless there's some physical path already on the brain object which
can help you calculate the absolute url.
With waking up the object is done like this: brain.getObject().absolute_url()

the columns i retrieve is a BLOB image witch makes my external method

Hi all,
i have a problem with Firefox.
As you can see bellow i am retrieving some data from sql server with
the use of external method GetPrList and then show taht data.
The data of _['sequence-index']==2 is the full name of an image file
to the file system.
So i use:
a href=file///dtml-var
1. You're not closing the img tag correctly.
2. This problem wouldn't have happened if you would have used ZPT
instead of DTML
3. Don't crosspost to multiple lists.

No you don't, you actually misunderstand something about URL's..
a href=file///dtml-var expr=str(_['sequence-item'])
That is not a correct URL, it's only a part of it. What you really want
is:
file://dtml-var ...

Why's that? Because it's not closed? If he's using HTML 4.01

Does a FileUpload object have a get_size() method?
I'd like to limit the size of an uploaded file before commiting it to

I'm planning to process with a Python Script.

Hi,
I have a Python class that my Zope application uses to talk to a
relational database (MySQL for now). I am using a Z SQL Connection
(ZMySQLDA) object to handle DB connectivity. When I initialize, I get a
