the MountedTemporaryFolder class, I can understand that
there is still no folder inside mf.tmp, because the populate has not been
called yet.
Now the questions:
1)what is the problem which is occuring?
2) how can I do what I want to do in a single transaction?

Since we had very bad experience with the "idle in transaction" in the past,
we would like to know if this is a known behaviour, if it is safe, and why.
