[Zorba-coders] [Bug 1010162] [NEW] build broken -- unistd.h header is required

Public bug reported: I've got a build failure in bin/debugger/process_listener.cpp and other files of that folder due to missing fork(). I fix it by including unistd.h in process_listener.h (patch provided). OS: ArchLinux Compiler: gcc-4.7.0 Zorba version: 2.2.0 BTW, there is zorba AUR
