A shirt where apparel meets application and fashion meets function. The German chipmaker is creating a shirt that plays MP3s. How does Infineon do it? By spinning microelectronic components and electrically conducting fabric into the shirt. All the functions are done via voice recognition. Infineon is working with the German Master School of Fashion in Munich to make the smart shirt look smarter -- so be ready to see it debut as a black turtleneck. Oh, and it's washable.
