DISABLING ACTIONS UNTIL PAGE LOADS | Fabien Mancino

We have forms that use Java applets for various purposes, and when
users open a document in edit mode, it can sometimes take a while to
load all the applets. If the users click on an action bar button
before the page has finished loading, they receive an error message
that some object is not defined. Here is a simple technique to
prevent that from occurring.
