Triumph the Insult Comic Dog was, um, showing the audience which dog was boss. Poor thing has been the "scapedog" of the whole dot-com meltdown! But the puppet, who tucked his tail and retreated to the doghouse after the Pets.com penthouse came crashing down in 2000, has wiped the dot-com fallout off his nose and is making a comeback. He's the mascot of an American car loan firm that markets loans to people with bad credit. "Everyone deserves a second chance," he woofs.
