THE MISSING LINK
Pop princess more reviled than Baghdad butcher?

She's talented, beautiful, popular, driven, smart, hip, rich, not that innocent -- and absolutely despised. Britney Spears has inspired the creation of 2,000 Web sites devoted to dissing her. According to a survey on Google's Web site, Spears has earned more jeers than Saddam Hussein. There are only 744 hate sites for him. What has the former Mouseketeer and heiress apparent to Madonna done to deserve this? It's not totally clear, but didn't about 2,000 people worldwide see her movie Crossroads?
