A couple of months ago, I left SearchDomino.com to work on a new project for TechTarget, the parent company of SearchDomino.com -- an IT Web site called SearchSmallBizIT.com. I'm happy to announce that we just launched this new site for IT professionals who work for small to medium-sized businesses with roughly 50 to 1,000 employees.
As editor of SearchSmallBizIT.com, my goal is to provide the CIO or IT professional with comprehensive advice on how to perform the wide range of tasks that are expected of IT pros in smaller companies. These tasks include everything from contract negotiation and skills development to the details of securing or setting up your network. Though this site isn't specific to Domino and Notes users, it is filled with practical hands-on advice to help IT pros at smaller companies deal with their
unique daily challenges.
Unlike other small business computing sites, which have a strong news orientation, SearchSmallBizIT.com stresses hands-on advice as well as news. We rely on TechTarget's network of more than 120 technical experts as well as our strong user community to build tutorials and provide step-by-step instructions that small-business IT professionals need to become proficient in new areas quickly.
I really want to make sure SearchSmallBizIT.com works for you and fits your needs.
