[InternetNews] A one-time top engineer at Apple Computer has founded a startup looking to prove that there is money to be made in the enterprise IM market. Venture-funded Five Across is offering a free lightweight IM application that features tools for text chat, file-sharing, scheduling of meetings and presence management. Like moths getting too close to the flame, mates are getting too close to their old flames -- and more and more marriages are getting toasted as a result. Friends Reunited says it's no more a homewrecker than the telephone.
