    Hello, SearchDomino.com readers.

How much do you know about Domino Designer? We are looking for a new "expert" for our Domino Designer Ask the Experts category.

Debbie Lynd, our former expert for this category, regretfully had to take some time off because of other career demands. We will miss having her as one of our experts. She's been a great member of our team and we wish her the best.

Because of Debbie's hiatus, our Domino Designer category is currently in archived status. But we know there are many of you out there who want access to an expert on this topic, so we want to get a new expert on board as soon as we can.

So if you are a bright, experienced Notes/Domino developer with solid Domino Designer experience, and you're interested in becoming a SearchDomino.com expert, let me know! Send me an e-mail at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

    Have a great week, everyone.

    ~Christine

     Expert Technical Advice:

    Featured Expert: Jens Bruntt
    Category: Web Development

Dear Jens: I'm developing a Web browser-based application based. I want to know how to get the names of the users who are logged onto the application. I can see them in the Domino administrator by command "tell HTTP show users." But can I get this information by LotusScript?

    Site Exclusives:
    >> Notes plug-in unburdens remote workers
One company's quest for mobile data synchronization ended with a Notes plug-in that literally lifted a weight off employees' shoulders.

    >> Chapter Download: Program control statements
This chapter from the book C++: A Beginner's Guide, by Herbert Schildt, discusses the statements that control a program's flow of execution. There are three categories of program control statements: selection statements, which include the if and the switch; iteration statements, which include the for, while and do-while loops; and jump statements, which include break, continue, return and goto. Except for return, which is discussed later in this book, the remaining control statements, including the if and for statements, are examined here.

    Tip of the Week:
LotusScript: XML classes in Notes/Domino 6
Notes/Domino 6 consolidates support for XML by adding several new LotusScript classes for exporting, importing and processing XML data. This article takes a closer look at these new classes and provides some useful code examples for exporting data selectively from an NSF file in DXL format, the Domino XML language, and for applying the two parsers supported in LotusScript, the DOM parser and the SAX parser.

    Build an extended directory catalog
Here's an easy way to give developers (and administrators) all the customized views they want to access Domino directory data, but without adding or changing a single view to your production NAB.
