SEARCHSOLARIS.COM WEB LINK OF THE DAY

"Storage vendors whip up faster data recipes"
An excellent, well-researched article about storage area networks and
network attached storage. The underlying premise is that more and
more suppliers of storage systems are starting to embrace both
technologies rather than considering them mutually exclusive. The
article gives good background on both technologies and examines the
great standards debate. (May 21, 2001)

"T-shirt fills vitamin gap"
Tired of taking those daily vitamins? We turn to the land of the
rising sun for simultaneous breakthroughs in health and fashion. A
Japanese company says it has developed a fibre containing a chemical
that turns to Vitamin C on contact with human skin. The juiced up
T-shirts will have the equivalent vitamin content of two lemons. No
word yet on what the tees will actually look like, but the smart
money is on fan-favorites such as "Have a nice day" and "I'm with
stupid."
