THE MESSAGE TRANSFER AGENT | by Adesh Rampat

The Message Transfer Agent sends, receives and delivers mail between
servers within the Exchange System. The MTA will also use addressing
and routing information to act as an intermediary, accepting messages
from other servers and forwarding them to their destination.

Dear Ask the Expert,
In my company, we have Windows NT with Proxy Server and Exchange 5.5
for e-mail and Internet access. I want to block any downloading and
e-mails (receiving or sending) with .exe extension files attached.
What is the best way to do this?
