Apparently workers there love their Christmas parties, and virgin eggnog won't do. A new survey shows each year two million workers in the UK get so wasted at the company's holiday soiree, they have to call in sick the next day or days -- too hung over to work. But employers are the ones really getting hammered. They'll lose a sobering $157 million thanks to the sickout. The survey also found men at the parties drink double the amount their female colleagues quaff, polishing off an average 11 units of alcohol -- the same as five pints of beer or 11 glasses of wine.
