What's your weakest link? Does your messaging system have a weakest link? Maybe mail security is weakened by users who open attachments from strangers? Or, like the user in this IT blooper story, maybe the switch from Notes to Exchange wreaked havoc? It's time to vent. The response to last month's request for our users' IT bloopers was so fantastic that we're putting out another call. Point the finger at the weakest link in your messaging system. Are users to blame? Is there a weakest link in your IT or senior management team? Does the software lack needed features? Tell us why this problem makes management a nightmare, and how you cope with it in the real world. Then, tell us what solution you would use -- in a perfect world -- to kiss that weakest link, "Good-bye!"
