Mark's a CISSP, SSCP, and TICSA certified and has worked with many Fortune 5000 companies implementing Windows technologies. The co-author of the book "Windows NT: Performance, Monitoring and Tuning" published by McMillan Press, Mark also written numerous articles for technical publications and is currently writing a book on Internet Security Certifications.

Guest, Bill Boswell MCSE
Bill is the Chief Technology Officer for the Windows Information Group where he consults on Windows 2000, XP, and .NET deployment, management, and training. Bill is the author of "Inside Windows 2000 Server" and the upcoming "Inside Windows .NET Server" from New Riders Publishing. He also writes the "Windows Insider" column for MCP Magazine and is a regular speaker at the TechMentor and SANS conferences.
