SQL worm: Servers may be off the hook (CNET)
The worm preying on Microsoft SQL servers has its grip on 6,600 servers, but its attempts to spread further make it easy to stop, security experts with SANS said. Only very insecure servers are likely to be hit from here on because its scans are easy to detect. The worm infects computers running SQL Server and only servers lacking a password on the administrator account.

Surfers go potty for top toilet tissue
;)
In cyberspace, the Charmin doesn't just get squeezed, it gets kicked in the rear. When it comes to the online toilet paper business, and what a fascinating business it must be, WindSoft rules the roll. According to the experts on these things, ToiletPaperWorld.com, more than half of all t.p. sold online is from WindSoft. Number two? It's Mister Whipple's main squeeze, which accounts for just 18% of sales. Windsoft plies its trade exclusively online. So why is it wiping out the competition? ToiletPaperWorld.com's chief exec, and what a fascinating job that must be, said it's not really an issue of tissue softness. Windsoft, he said, offers double the paper per roll than the other leading brands.
