MSCRM hits early beta stage (eWEEK)
Microsoft's ticket to CRM ride is now in the hands of a few beta testers. MSCRM is built for small to mid-sized firms with between 10 and 50 seats. It doesn't go heavy on features, so it's best suited for customers with somewhat simple sales and customer service needs. Microsoft says it's the first application built totally on the .NET framework -- it will be generally available in Q4.
