SET A MAILBOX STORE POLICY | by Adesh Rampat

Limiting mailbox sizes and establishing an e-mail policy are both
preventative measures that can reduce the transfer of large files to
other recipients within an organization. With Exchange 2000, you can
create a Mailbox Store Policy that can make life a lot easier when
you try to establish mailbox size limits for more than one mailbox
store spread across several Exchange servers. To accomplish this, you
first need to create a System Policy Container, and then a Mailbox
Store Policy.

USER GIVES EXCHANGE SERVER 2003 HIGH MARKS | by Margie Semilof

Scalability improvements made to Exchange Server 2003 are a main

it officially shipped in September. Among other things, improvements
to this latest version of Exchange is helping cut costs by reducing
the vast amounts of hardware that populate Pacific Life's branch
offices.

WHY DOES OUTLOOK LOCK UP ON THE START BAR? | Ask Serdar Yegulalp

Dear Serdar,
I have a laptop user who is running Windows XP SP1 with Office XP
SP1. When he runs Outlook, after 10-15 minutes, his Start bar will
lock and will not let him click anything on it. Windows continues to
run with the loss of the Start bar. Occasionally, pressing
CTRL-ALT-DEL will unlock the bar, but more times than not, it doesn't
affect anything. In Task Manager, nothing is showing as not
responding.
