Darren Mar-Elia is Quest Software's CTO, Windows Management
Solutions. Darren has more than 15 years of experience in systems and
network administration design and architecture, with a focus on
large-scale implementations of Windows and .NET. Prior to joining
Quest, he was a director of Windows architecture and planning for
Charles Schwab, where he provided performance engineering of Schwab's
vast Web trading infrastructure. Darren is a contributing editor for
Windows & .NET Magazine and has written and contributed to ten books
on Windows NT and 2000, including "The Definitive Guide to Windows
2000 Administration," published online by Realtimepublishers.com.
