ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Ken Zaiken has been responsible for Lakeview's product lines since
1994. Prior to Lakeview he was with IBM for 15 years, eight of which
were spent at the Rochester Development Laboratory as the Foundation
Manager for system availability. He is recognized as a worldwide
expert for system availability, with numerous presentations, articles
and whitepapers to his credit.
George Gaylord has been with IBM for over 14 years and is currently
responsible for sales and marketing in support of IBM iSeries and
Windows Integration. He started his career as a Systems Engineer and
has since held roles in Sales and Marketing. He was part of the team
that launched Domino for the iSeries and was also instrumental in the
launch of SAP R3 on the iSeries in the EMEA market.
