In a recent salary survey, 45% of administrators and other IT professionals said they were less satisfied with their work now than they were a year ago. A flood of feedback on the issue indicates that the problem is about more than just low pay.

boss may be Googling you right now -- whether you like it or not. Or
maybe you're Dogpiling your boss. According to a new survey from Harris Interactive (done for search engine Dogpile), nearly a quarter of grownup Net surfers in the U.S. have conducted online searches for their clients, customers, workers and supervisors. More than half of the snoopy surfers said they searched because they were simply curious. The survey also found that men were more likely than women to enlist the mouse to kill the curiosity.
