Probably not; rather, because: A) I couldn't vouch for the source; and B) it was a long "spam," and would only be of interest to list subscribers that are in the job market (and they know who they are); I opted not to post the entire email to the list, but rather notify the list that I had such an email, and that interested parties could email me off list to have it forwarded to them (which one - and only one - person did). I know this sounds like I'm being critical but that really is not my intent. In particular, I'm +1 (i.e., with you) for "allowing" _any_ Python-related content on this list; however, as they say, with great privilege comes great responsibility: yes, I think we should be able to share far flung (and perhaps disreputable) opportunities via this list, but we should also recognize that such things, generally speaking, will not be of general interest, and thus be willing, ourselves, to be a "filter" for such information; if one is unwilling to be such a filter (and I'm not saying this is you, e.g., perhaps it simply didn't occur to you to be such), in that case, then one should not post the information at all (IMO).
